Changes, new design work and anything that has stopped working all come to us the same way: you get a reference number, and one of us picks it up. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be noticed.
Already raised one? Put the reference and the email you used below and we will show you where it is up to. If you would rather not use the form at all, email support@digitalconnex.com.au and it reaches the same desk.
We are here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time. If something goes down outside those hours we work on it anyway.
The services above check themselves every few minutes. When there is an incident on one, one of us has written it — which is why it can tell you what is actually going on, rather than only that a page loaded.
Each service covers a number of sites and systems we do not list publicly. If you are a client of ours, your own support page names the ones that are yours.
